Send us your Case

Please follow the following steps to send us your case. Remember that you can request an online price range estimate before shipping us your device, however, the final price can only be determined after the free evaluation of your device in our laboratories.

1.- Pack your hard drive or other device.
Remove the damaged hard drive from your PC. Wrap it in anti-static material (ESD Safe) and place it inside a box with at least 5 cm (approx. 2”) of foam or packaging pellets.


2.- Ship us your device.
Use a secure courier to send your device to any of our laboratories that is closest to you. Remember to include the necessary information so that we can contact you immediately once we receive the device.

As soon as we receive your device we will contact you to gather the details about your case and begin the evaluation process.

3.- Free Evaluation. Expert Engineers will evaluate the damage on your device and they will send you a quotation detailing the cost of the service, an estimated time frame and a success rate. The evaluation has no cost for you and it will allow you to make an informed decision about your data. Once the quotation is approved, the recovery process will be immediately kicked off. You will be able to check on the status of your device online through our JobTrack™ system, and even download files directly to your computer via Internet.
