All Service Levels include :

  • A complete listing with recovered files for you to confirm. Once payment is received, your data will be in your hand in no time.
  • Customer Service and Support through our Jobtrack online case tracking tool. Log in at www.keplerlabs.com, and you will receive real time updates of you case status and contact our representatives directly.
  • Up to 10 GB of information can be recorded on DVD-R at no extra cost. For higher data volumes, you can purchase an optional USB hard drive or provide one yourself.
  • Your information will be mantained under the uttermost confidentiality.
  • Our No Data - No Fee policy guarantees that if recovery is not possible, or your data was not recovered to your satisfaction, you will not be charged (conditions apply).
